Nintendo takes issue with the illegitimate game Princess Peach from Mario made by fans!
Sexualizing a character in video games is certainly nothing new. However, this does not seem to be approved by Nintendo, because recently, Nintendo proposed the removal of an erotic fan-made game/unlawful game that sexualized one of the mascots in the mario game series, Princess Peach.

This game developed by Ivan Aedler called Peach Untold Tale, is a game where players can play as a peach princess who goes on an adventure in the Mushroom Kingdom to “learn” how to commit adultery. Where Princess peach will perform various movements that can generally be seen in adult films, and have extramarital relations with various monsters or creatures in the game.
This is what makes the Nintendo itself to apply for the removal of the game, because Nintendo believes that this does not meet the fair use of works protected by copyright.
The game made by Aedler himself has been released since 8 years ago, and has received continuous updates for those 8 years, even has a fairly large fan base, accompanied by a patreon that supports it. If you want to try the game, you can go to the official website here.
So, what do you think about the steps taken by Nintendo?
