Cyberpunk 2077 pre-orders are selling well in China

This was reported by one of the video game analysts, Daniel Ahmad who explained that the Chinese version of Cyberpunk 2077 selling well after pre-orders opened for the first time on Steam. The game immediately occupied the first position as one of the best-selling games in one day.

Early last June, the Director of Marketing and PR . LinkedIn page Cyberpunk 2077 in China, Dennis Ding, which has now been deleted, also indicated that the game made by CD Projekt RED has peaked in the highest sales in the world thanks to gamers from there flocking to pre-order.

Ahmad himself considered that this phenomenon only occurred in the PC version. Though Cyberpunk 2077 will not be released legally in China without changes (such as censorship), but gamers there can play it via Steam or import the game via taobao.

Cyberpunk 2077 itself is scheduled to be released on November 19, 2020 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game itself will get a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X version when it releases later. Gamers do not need to buy the latest version because they will get a free upgrade when the game is released on the next-gen console.
