Destiny 2 Announces Beyond Light Expansion, Continues Shadowkeep's Story
The Beyond Light expansion will continue the Shadowkeep story.
Success present Shadowkeep which focuses on telling how darkness and ancient artifacts on the moon. Bungie is apparently ready to add a new expansion to its MMORPG shooter game, Destiny 2. This expansion is said to continue the story after Shadowkeep and will be the axis of the massive changes they will implement in the game.

Is Destiny 2: Beyond Light which will appear as a new expansion of the game this year. This expansion will be released on September 23, 2020 later on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Beyond Light will add a new planet that is Europa, the moon of the very cold planet Jupiter. Inside are stored several buildings and facilities that can be explored in order to uncover the mysteries that are in it. This expansion will also change the total Guardian (your character) who previously had the power of light to use the power of darkness.
Unlike the light elements such as Arc, Solar, and Void to issue the ultimate called Super in order to reverse the position in battle. This time you will be able to use Stasis. Unfortunately Bungie himself has not explained the details at all.
Some new content such as a six-person Raid in Deep Stone Crypt to the story “The Rise of Eramis” which will tell Eramis’ journey to darkness who will eventually meet the Guardians are also added in the expansion.
This expansion will be divided into three editions for digital: Standard, Standard + Pass, and Digital Deluxe. As for the fans who prefer the physical version, Beyond Light will be divided into three editions: Stranger, Digital Deluxe, and Collector. Here are the details:
Stranger Edition
An edition where fans will be able to own a 10” tall statue of a character named Stranger. It will be sold at select retailers around the world. Those of you who want to see which regions are supported can visit the following link.
Digital Deluxe
Containing Destiny: Beyond Light + Seasonal Content (4 seasons), Exotic Rimed Ghost Shell and Legendary Emblem (Pre-order), Freeze Tag Exotic Emote, Exotic Pulse Rifle No Time to Explain with Exotic Catalyst and ornaments, and any Sky Exotic Sparrow.
Collector’s Edition
This most expensive edition will only be available through the Bungie Store. It will contain the code Beyond Light Digital Deluxe version, Die Cast Splinter of Darkness Replica with lights, Europa Explorer bag, Europa Exploration water bottle, Mysterious Logbook, and several other finds from Europa.
Those of you who pre-order the expansion now with any edition will get an Exotic Ghost Shell, Legendary Emblem, and bonus items. Meanwhile, those who buy the Digital Deluxe version will get the Exotic Freeze Tag emote.
That’s not the only announcement Bungie has made. They also announced a second season Destiny 2 namely Season of Arrivals which was released today. Season of Arrivals will add a pyramid ship that you will be able to explore and unravel its mysteries.
Season of Arrivals will add DAITO Foundry Armor which can be obtained by doing Trials of the Nine armor sets. You can also unravel some of the mysteries and stories of the world by finding out some of the hidden messages that appear in Io. Several new public events to new prizes, namely new types of engrams will also be added. Includes new weapons and equipment. Those of you who have a season pass will be able to immediately get the Witherhoard Exotic Grenade Launcher and Seasonal armor set.
Bungie also announced that Destiny 2 will also be present on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X when both consoles are released. For those of you who already have the game on PS4 or Xbox One, you no longer need to buy the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions because all editions of the game can be transferred to the next-gen console.
Destiny 2 now it can be played on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. While the expansion Beyond Light will be released on September 23, 2020.
