Through the PlayStation State of Play livestream, Square-Enix announces an upgraded version Final Fantasy VII: Remake to PlayStation 5 with the title Final Fantasy VII: Intergrade Remake. This game will provide a much better visual display with support for 4K and 60fps resolutions.

Not only that, various updates such as textures, light, loading times, optimizations, new difficulty levels, and photo modes are also added to the game.

Square-Enix also announced a special episode for one of its characters named Yuffie which allows players to be able to control this one female ninja against her enemies.

Square-Enix signaled clearly via its trailer that the Yuffie episode will be separate from the main story Final Fantasy VII: Remake. Unfortunately, there is no clarity on how much to pay to get it.

At the end of the trailer, Square-Enix announced that players who already have the base game Final Fantasy VII: Remake will get a free upgrade on its PlayStation 5 version. In other words, you don’t have to pay to be able to enjoy the new visual appearance of Final Fantasy VII: Intergrade Remake.

Final Fantasy VII: Intergrade Remake planned to be released on June 10, 2021 on PlayStation 5. As of this writing, Square-Enix is ​​still silent on when the game will be released to other platforms, especially PC.
