Had been free for several times in free weekend events, Ubisoft seems to still want to invite its players to play arena fighting games, For Honor. At least until this moment.

Ubisoft is having a free weekend today for For Honor on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One until July 28, 2020. You will be able to play the game for free for the standard edition. In other words, you can play story mode and multiplayer, complete with 26 heroes and 30 maps.
You can download it now via Uplay, Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Players who wish to continue their progress will be able to purchase the game which is currently being discounted up to 80% until July 27, 2020 later on Steam, July 30 on Uplay, August 3 on Xbox One, and August 20 on PlayStation 4.
Not only free weekend announcements, Ubisoft also announced that they are releasing the A Tyrant’s Test event, an evolution of the Test Your Metal PvAI mode where heroes will be released. For Honor. This event will bring the game to a major update on August 6, 2020 later when Ubisoft will present Hero Warmonger.
In this update, you can unlock new heroes by buying the package. The package will contain 1 exclusive ornament, 1 elite costume, champion status for seven days, or just buy the hero for 15,000 Steel on August 20, 2020.
For Honor will also implement the core combat update and improve the gameplay for players who want a more offensive game.
