This was obtained from the upload of the Esports President’s Cup Instagram video showing the countries that will compete in the tournament. The event is a tournament between Southeast Asian countries that is not inferior to the Esports SEA Games which will be held first.

It should be noted that the two games that are likely to be contested in the 2020 Esports President Cup are Free Fire and eFootball PES 2020. On paper, both games are dominated by teams from Indonesia. The possible participants who will try to disrupt Indonesia’s dominance later are Singapore and Thailand for the eFootball PES 2020 game.

Meanwhile, another game, a local game from Indonesia, has yet to be announced. The Esports President’s Cup itself has not yet confirmed whether the local games will also be competed for other countries or only for players from Indonesia. Players will likely be given less than 3 months to try out the game. We’ll see if in the future a team from Indonesia will dominate the 2020 Esports President Cup tournament.
