Cyberpunk 2077 | Special

Through an article on the official Cyberpunk 2077 website, CD Projekt Red explained that the update they provide will adjust the time for Police NPCs to respond to existing crimes. Previously, the police would appear directly behind the player when a crime occurred.

This means, players find it difficult to escape from the scene before the police arrive. Interestingly, the police response as well as drones New scouts allow players to assess the situation before the cop shows up. So, this is an update that makes Cyberpunk 2077 look more realistic.

In the case of the driving controller, CDPR changes the steering sensitivity which you can access in the options menu. Multiple players using controller keyboard or those who play with low frame rates may experience this problem. For this reason, this feature is designed to help players drive vehicles.

Release this month

Through its Twitter account, CDPR said that this latest patch will be released in March 2021 after experiencing delays.

Although we really wanted to release patch 1.2 according to the existing schedule, a cyber attack that we got recently forced us to delay its release. We need a little more time and hope to release it soon.

Our goal in patch 1.2 is to update a lot of content. We’ve worked on some upgrades and overall quality improvements and we still have some work left.

Referring to existing information, they will release patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 in March 2021. This decision was taken by CDPR considering that they need a little more time to perfect the upcoming update. Moreover, the cyber attack they got a few weeks ago made the CDPR’s internal system difficult.
