D&D: Dark Alliance Releases First Trailer, Focuses Co-Op Game

One big piece of news is finally here for you D&D fans. The presence of D&D may sound quite foreign to some Indonesian gamers. Even so, there are some gamers who certainly know this one game. Starting as a Table Top Board Game, now D&D is finally here as a Video Game. Taking mechanics like FromSoftware’s Dark Souls, the game D&D: Dark Alliance has finally launched its first trailer complete with an action-packed Co-Op mode.

D&D is usually quite well known as Dungeon & Dragons. At first this game is just a Board Game that we can play in groups. We as players will be divided into 2 camps, namely Warriors and Dungeon Masters. Warriors usually consist of 4 players, while Dungeon Masters only have 1 person. The Dungeon Master will have the task to create a Dungeon and fill it with various Monsters, Warriors are tasked with killing monsters and the Dungeon Master.

Different from the Board Game version, D&D Dark Alliance will not carry mechanics like the Original version. The reason is in this game we will only play as Warriors, totaling 4 people. You can invite your closest friends to play together because this game also has a Co-Op Mode. Meanwhile, what makes this game similar to the Board Game version is the presence of sharing Monsters with different powers and having settings in the Icewind Dale Dungeon area.

Co-Op Mode With A Wide Choice Of Unique Characters

They had announced in 2019, now Wizards of the Coast has finally shown the first trailer for this game. Through the trailer, it seems that this game will adopt a mechanic that is almost similar to the Dark Souls game that we know. You can choose various Iconic characters in the D&D world complete with their respective Skills and Abilities. Although there is still minimal information, it is reported that this game will present Character Customization and a wide selection of Weapons.
