Despite the Corona Virus Outbreak, E3 2020 Won't Be Delayed
For now they plan to continue to carry out the event.
The outbreak of the COVID-19 or Corona virus, which had caused an uproar in the world, had an impact on many cases of cancellations or postponements of video game industry events. Starting from events between game developers, to official esports tournaments that had to be rescheduled. But it looks like E3 will not do the same in this case.

The Entertainment Software Association or ESA as the organizer, told Vice that E3 2020 will still be held in June 2020. They are currently watching the situation closely, and admit that they will remain vigilant against the outbreak of the deadly virus. “For now, we will continue to carry out E3 2020,” said one of the ESA representatives.
The decision is quite understandable, considering that no one knows when this outbreak will continue. ESA’s decision not to change its plans in the near future is quite appropriate. Because changing it too soon will mess things up.
E3 2020 will be held on June 9-11, 2020 later in Los Angeles, California. At this time the ESA still does not want to change its plans. We’ll let you know if they change their mind.
