PUBG Will Soon Release a New Map Named Karakin!
PlayerUnknown’s BattleGrounds or commonly abbreviated as PUBG, there will be a new map coming. This information was conveyed by PUBG Corp through a video they released on Twitter.
From his tweet, this map called Karakin will most likely replace the current snowy map, namely Vikendi. So, why must a map be sacrificed to enter this new map? See the explanation below.
Karakin, Substitute for Map Vikendi
Based on existing rumors, the Karakin map will be released simultaneously with Season 6 of PUBG. In addition, other additional information is that Karakin will be present as a replacement for the Vikendi map.
This is reinforced by a statement from Hawkinz who is the manager of PUBG Corp. According to him, Vikendi is my favorite map, but not for others. This indicates that Vikendi will be removed from PUBG soon.
Not only that, Hawkinz gave an explanation why there must be a deleted map in order to add a new map in PUBG. This removal is intended to reduce the duration of matchmaking.
The reason is, if there is a new map, the duration to start the game can be quite long. One solution to overcome this is to delete one of the existing folders.
However, the Vikendi map can still be played in Custom Match mode. This is because the Karakin map only replaces Vikendi in Classic Mode.
Season 6 PUBG
Season 6 of PUBG will start on January 22 with a variety of new items. One of the interesting things about the presence of Season 6 is the C-4, or patch bomb.
This bomb is capable of blowing up various places to open up entrances for the players. It is not known whether this works to destroy the walls of the house or not.
But for sure, you just need to wait for the presence of Season 6 of PUBG.
