Ubisoft Brings 60fps Support for Watch Dogs Legion on Next-Gen Consoles
After the release of the console next-gen like Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5, several developers began to make changes to their games. One of them is Ubisoft with its game, Watch Dogs Legion. Recently, Ubisoft announced that they will be bringing 60fps support for Watch Dogs Legion.

60fps support for Watch Dogs Legion
In a tweet on their official Twitter account, Lathieeshe Thilainathan (Live Producer) and JP Cambiotti (Online Director) said that 60 FPS support for Watch Dogs Legion is currently under development. Later, these features can be enjoyed by console users next-gen like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
With this support, players will no longer enjoy Watch Dogs Legion at 30fps only. For your information, all PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X users | S can only enjoy the game at 30fps. That means, the gaming experience becomes slightly reduced.
Previously, Ubisoft’s games such as Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla have received this support. Now, it’s Watch Dogs Legion’s turn, which can be played at 60fps. For your information, Ubisoft will also release some new content, such as collaborations with a new character named Darcy and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Then, when will the cross-play feature be released?
For your information, Ubisoft has released an Online mode for Watch Dogs Legion on several platforms such as PC and consoles. According to the developer’s statement, this game will support cross play and cross generation play on every platform. That means, console and PC players can play with each other on the same server. Unfortunately, Ubisoft mentions that they haven’t been able to release the feature yet cross play for Watch Dogs Legion. For your information, the PC version of Watch Dogs Legion should have received this feature on March 9, 2021. However, Ubisoft was forced to postpone this feature after experiencing problems with some GPUs.
