Ubisoft Postpones Avatar Game to 2022!
Maybe most of you are familiar with the name Avatar. The big screen film containing this blue alien creature is indeed very famous. In fact, Avatar was crowned as one of the highest-grossing films in the world. Avatar was first released right in 2009 ago.
The good news, it seems that Ubisoft will soon present a game adapted directly from the film. This game will be built using the Snowdrop engine where Massive Entertainment will be the main person in charge. Until now, further information on this project is still very minimal.
Avatar 2 release postponed to 2022!
Despite all that, Ubisoft is back with bad news. Which, they confirmed will delay the release of the latest Avatar game. At the same time, they also officially postponed the releases of Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Quarantine.
This delay occurs to follow the postponement of the release of James Cameron’s Avatar 2, which will now hit theaters in 2022. Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have not yet shown the gameplay of the game, even though it was announced in 2017.
Game Avatar is likely to be postponed again in the future?
It is also possible that in the future Ubisoft will again delay the release of this latest Avatar game. This might happen if there are obstacles that occur in the process of developing the Avatar 2 film, which will be released in 2022.
In addition to Avatar, Ubisoft has also prepared various projects to accompany gamers in the next few years. Like Watch Dogs Legion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla to Far Cry 6 which will be ready to accompany you in the future. What do you think about this? Give your feedback.
