Kenichiro Yoshida president and CEO of Sony said something in his presentation:

“To further improve the experience when playing games, we hope to increase not only the resolution but the loading speed of the game is also an important factor. For example, using a specially designed SSD, we plan to achieve game data processing speeds that are approximately 100 times faster than the PS4. Our time to open the game should be much faster, and players should be able to move freely in the vast game world in an instant.”
