Banned from Twitch Again, Famous CSGO Streamer S1mple Considers Leaving Twitch

Once again one of the famous streamers on Twitch should feel banned for streaming. This time, the ban was intended by the former best CSGO player in the world, namely Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev. S1mple received a notification that his Twitch account had been banned by Twitch and vented all his emotions on social media.

This is the second time this tire has been obtained by S1mple. Last August he was also banned by Twitch on the grounds of using scornful words to a certain group (LBGT). But this time S1mple did not mention the reason why he was banned by Twitch. Chances are he will be absent from streaming for the next 1 month.

With the strict rules that Twitch gives to streamers, pro-players are notorious for getting banned. The regulation that often ensnares these pro-players is “hateful conduct” where each streamer may not promote, facilitate, defamation, harassment or violence against race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, physical characteristics, or veteran status.

That’s why S1mple vented his anger on his Twitter account and said he wanted to end the collaboration with the Twitch streaming platform and switch to another streaming platform. The streaming platforms currently competing with Twitch are mixer and youtube. Meanwhile, Twitch hasn’t and doesn’t seem to be responding to the S1mple problem. Because S1mple is already under contract with Twitch, he can’t leave Twitch’s platform arbitrarily. Looks like in the future Twitch will have to review the rules they made so that the streamers don’t run away from it.
