Blocked by Kominfo, SnackVideo application cannot be accessed
The Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) has officially blocked the website and application of SnackVideo. That way, this application can no longer be used or opened in Indonesia.

When we try to open the SnackVideo application, there is a notification or a “can’t connect to server” notification or if it is interpreted as “can’t connect to the server”.
This block was called upon a request from the Investment Alert Task Force (SWI) after they determined that SnackVideo was an illegal entity.
However, it is possible that in the future SnackVideo will be able to reopen after they manage and get permission to operate in Indonesia.
Currently, SnackVideo has not been registered as an Electronic System Operator (PSE) at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics. The application is also declared not to have a legal entity and license in Indonesia.
According to the information we have compiled from KompasTekno, both parties, namely SnackVideo and Kominfo, have agreed and you will stop their activities until they get permission.
As previously reported, according to the chairman of the Financial Services Authority of North Sulawesi, Mohammad Fredly Nasution, SnackVideo is an illegal entity in Indonesia. This application is illegal because there is no permission and is suspected of being a money game.
