GTA Online's Biggest Update Brings New Map and Heist Mode

After a long wait, Rockstar Games has finally announced the launch of the biggest update for Grand Theft Auto Online. Not only a variety of new missions, for the first time Rockstar also presents a new map which is the main dish of the update.

The map update was motivated by a new Heist called The Cayo Perico Heist. In the video trailer, the new map is likely to be an island that is a tourist destination. You can check the appearance at a glance below.

Reporting from the Rockstar Games Official Site, the island is a private island that is closely guarded by an organization. It’s not clear yet what kind of mission series will be presented, but for the first time players can also complete this Heist alone.

Rockstar Games will also be adding some vehicles and tactive weapons new. Plus, they’ll be adding new locations to dance and party with other players. It could possibly refer to the island of Cayo Perico which is accessible in mode Freemode. Not to forget, there will be a base with a very large, multifunctional, and armored submarine.

Reportedly, this update will roll out for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on December 15. Then followed for PS5 and Xbox series X with its own version.
