Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Gets Release Date, New Expansion Announced

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning was first released in 2012, although it received a positive response from players, the game was not as successful commercially as other EA projects such as Mass Effect or Battlefield. THQ Nordic tries to revive the franchise name. Their initial stage is to re-release the game in the format remaster.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is out for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Games will have a similar amount of content but with less visual levels to match current hardware and standards.

The surprise of the release remaster this is the announcement of a new expansion titled “Fatesworn”. Developed by Kaiko, this expansion is set to roll out next year.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning will release on September 8th with a benchmark price of $39.99 for the standard version and $54.99 for the addition with the Fatesworn expansion.
