According to mp1st.com, Capcom itself is reportedly preparing 4 free updates for gamers who already have the expansion from Monster Hunter World. They also shared this news directly through their official Twitter account.

According to the narrative Capcom via the message above, the Corona virus (COVID-19) caused the production period to be disrupted until finally they had to postpone 4 updates for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. This also resulted in the voice over production process for Italian, Spanish, and French dubbing which made it replaced with a simpler recording process.

Capcom also did not forget to apologize to the fans who may be impatiently waiting for one of the previously announced updates that will present the elder dragon Alatreon. The reason is, due to this delay, the update, which was planned to be released in May, will eventually also be delayed.
