No longer PS4 exclusive, here are the PC specifications from Days Gone!

Sony is increasingly interested in bringing their first-party games to PC. After releasing Horizon Zero Dawn last year, now the zombie game Days Gone will follow suit.

This game from Bend Studio is planned for release in the spring of this year, and for those of you who are interested, the developer has released the minimum and recommended specifications to make sure your PC is enough.

Here are the PC specs of Days Gone:

MINIMUM:

• • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processors: Intel Core [email protected] or AMD FX [email protected]
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3 GB) or AMD Radeon R9 290 (4 GB)
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 70GB available space
  • Additional Notes: SSD for storage and 16 GB of memory is recommended

RECOMMENDED:

• • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processors: Intel Core [email protected] or Ryzen 5 [email protected]
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (8 GB)
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 70GB available space
  • Additional Notes: SSD for storage is recommended

The specifications that Sony shares for this game are very similar to what was written in Horizon Zero Dawn last. Hopefully the port of Days Gone doesn’t have the same problems as Horizon Zero Dawn at the beginning of its release.

Sony said they are interested in bringing more of their first-party games to PC. There’s no word yet on what the next game will be, and with so many good first-party games from the PS3 to PS4 generations, any choice seems likely to satisfy the PC community.
