Pokemon Anime Shows New Title for English Dubbed Version

Reporting from gamespot, the latest Pokemon anime will get an English dubbed version, the initial broadcast is planned for June 12 on Netflix. The English dubbed version is titled “Pokemon Journeys” which takes Ash (Japanese version of Satoshi) and Pikachu. They embark on adventures in different Regions of the Pokemon world, meeting new characters and discovering more Pokemon along the way. Pokemon Journeys will be the 23rd in the franchise. This series also indirectly introduces the features of Pokemon Sword and Shield and Pokemon Go.
The plan is that the first 12 episodes will be released on June 12, then additional episodes will be released every three months. It’s also to be noted that Pokemon Journeys will feature a new theme song by the band Walk off the Earth. You can watch the trailer live on the official Pokemon Channel.
