Earned over 2.6 billion dollars in 2020, and became the most popular battle royale game despite being banned in India.

PUBG Mobile itself finally beat Honor of Kings, the same MOBA Mobile game developed by Tencent with revenues of 2.5 billion dollars this year. It’s no surprise that Tencent is one of the biggest mobile game development industries this year.
In 3rd place is Pokemon GO which managed to get 1.2 billion dollars this year. It is quite surprising that a mobile game that requires movement in the real world has become the 3rd most popular game in this pandemic period. Yes, this may be due to new content and updates during the release of the game.
The year 2020 was a pretty bad year for everyone, but in the gaming industry itself, it was a pretty good year, where people played games to fill their spare time at home.
