In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi 8 and Redmi 8A have almost the same specifications. They have in common the screen used with a size of 6.2 “with HD + resolution. The chipset used is also the same, namely Qualcomm Snapdragon 439. Then the large battery is both 5,000 mAh.
However, both have differences in several aspects, such as the camera used. If Redmi 8 uses a dual cam (12+2MP) configuration, Redmi 8A uses a single cam (12MP). In addition, Xiaomi also provides the Redmi 8 with a fingerprint feature, while the Redmi 8A does not have this feature.
