Well, to solve this problem, Samsung is rumored to be releasing a find my device feature that can be used even when the phone is not connected to the internet.
Reporting from XDA Developers, and max Weinback, Samsung has released this feature on their smartphones and named it Offline Finding.
This feature was first discovered on the Galaxy series and it is stated that “The lost phone can be found by another Galaxy even when it is Offline”.
Looks like Samsung just added offline finding to Samsung’s Find My Mobile.

With the addition of this feature, it will certainly be very helpful for Samsung users when they are looking for their lost phone.
Apart from Samsung, Apple itself has implemented the same thing first through their iOS 13 update.
The iPhone users make it possible to detect their phone even when it is not connected to the Internet. This can happen because the search for these devices uses a bluetooth connection.
To activate it, iPhone users who have used iOS 13 can activate this feature easily. The trick just needs to open the settings menu, then tap the user ID at the very top, and continue by tapping “Find My”. After that, activate the “Find my iPhone” button, then select “enable offline finding” and click “send last location”.
