Epic Games Store’s strategy to free every game that appears in its store has become an open secret. Several titles, which are mostly indie games, have been released for free over the last few years. Exactly, Epic Games plans to share Star Wars Battlefront II made by DICE to its digital game store for free next week. The multiplayer game that has been perfected since the first iteration with the addition of the singleplayer mode will be available for download starting on January 14, 2021.
Star Wars Battlefront II is the title of the “present” version of a similar title that had surfaced in the past. Simply put, the game is a mix Battlefield by theme Star Wars. This shooter game has gone through drama and microtransaction controversy, which seems to have been fixed by DICE and EA.
