Telltale Announces The Walking Dead Season 3 Release Date

After “disappearing” for 2 years, Telltale has finally announced that the third season of Clementine’s story will be coming this month November later with the debut of the first episode entitled “A New Frontier“.
This new season will take place a few years after season 2, Clementine is now a teenager and no longer the child we knew in seasons 1 and 2.
Telltale revealed that players will play as a new character named Javier, a man struggling to protect his family in this terrifying and threatening new world. And of course players will also play as Clementine who is now a teenager who is no longer afraid of the new world she now lives in. This is not the first time Telltale has brought 2 playable characters, yesterday’s Tales from the Borderlands series, which is a spin-off of the Borderlands game made by Gearbox, has the same 2 playable character mechanics.
Kevin Bruner, CEO and co-founder of Telltale Games explained that this third season will provide a continuation of the previous story and will be a new story that takes place 4 years after the zombie “apocalypse” occurred in the first season. Bruner revealed that players will experience the struggles of Javier and Clementine in protecting their loved ones in a world that is brutal and full of death.
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Season 3 is coming to PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC and mobile devices in November with the debut episode of “A New Frontier”. This third game will certainly have the same formula as other Telltale games.
