The Latest AMD Ryzen Processors Can Play Death Stranding and GTA V Without a Graphics Card
AMD seems to be on fire now, how not slowly but surely AMD is rising to catch up with Intel a few years ago. And through 7 nm technology, AMD managed to show its dominance to continue to introduce new products that are more powerful, especially for PC gamers.

And through the latest generation of Ryzen processors, it seems that AMD is finally able to fulfill the dream of ‘frugal’ gamers, namely to play the latest games without using a graphics card or only with APU (accelerated processing units).
This itself is proven through a benchmark conducted by Youtuber TechEpiphany who had the opportunity to test early the latest AMD Ryzen 7 4700G processor which has AMD Vega GPU technology integrated in it. And TechEpiphany immediately tested the performance of the processor which turned out to be able to run many of the latest games smoothly, even with the ‘High’ graphics setting.
There are 6 games that have been benchmarked when this article was written, namely GTA V, Death Stranding, Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, Resident Evil 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Fortnite. And from the tests on the 6 games, almost all games run smoothly even above 60 fps. With games like AC: Odyssey and Death Stranding running at around 30 FPS. Meanwhile, Red Dead Redemption 2 is the toughest one where the graphics settings have to be lowered a lot so that the FPS can reach 30.
The amazing performance itself was achieved by TechEpiphany with an AMD Ryzen 4700G processor, of course, an Asus Prime B550M-A motherboard, and 2x8GB DDR4-4133 RAM. The 4700G itself has 8 cores and 16 threads, with a speed of up to 4.4 GHz, and is built on the Zen2 architecture which is still the same as the Ryzen 3700 and 3800.
The price offered is also attractive because the 4700G is rumored to have a price between 3700 and 3800 or around $300 or 4.4 Million Rupiah. But unfortunately AMD has not announced when this processor will be launched or how much the price will be set when this processor enters Indonesia.
Hopefully it’s not far from the rumors circulating because this processor can really be a solution for those who want to build a budget PC, or a Mini PC that doesn’t use an external graphics card.
