Viral Xbox Series X Smokes, Turns out to be Fake with Vape

It’s impossible for a company to produce all the hardware in perfect condition especially on the first day of release which is peak hype consumers. So the emergence of damaged hardware is certainly unavoidable, the problem is how high the damage ratio is and how severe.

We are now officially on the platform Tiktok! Follow our Tiktok account at @gamebrott.com to find various information and our other interesting video content.

Xbox Series X just released two days ago, and several twitter accounts started sharing videos where the xbox “smoke out” as if there was a severe overheating problem on Microsoft’s new console.

This issue certainly gives a bad image on the next-gen console. So Microsoft quickly denied it. The official Twitter account of Xbox Studio explained that the video above is a hoax. Consoles can’t smoke that badly and what’s shown in the video above is the result of the effects of vape smoke or other vapors being directed at the console.

Even though it has been confirmed that the viral video is a hoax, Microsoft guarantees that it will continue to investigate every problem faced by users early adopters the new console. As explained earlier, the first days of release are still prone to hardware defects, and they want to minimize those problems as much as possible.
