Yoko Taro Wants NieR Automata Skin in Fall Guys
The maestro had spoken.
Yoko Taro’s name may be less well known among Indonesian and worldwide fans when he was working on Drakengard, NieR, and NieR: Replicant. But his popularity suddenly skyrocketed after NieR: Automata released. This is of course because the 2B characters are iconic and represent all the fantasies of the adam in one character.

His eccentric and silly personality makes Yoko Taro loved by his fans. He continues to work through SINoALICE on mobile and of course NieR: Re[in]carnation which will be released in the future.
Yoko Taro is also someone who is quite updated on the trends in the video game industry. Including how Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockdown who had shocked the internet world due to a game similar to Takeshi’s Castle or Takeshi Castle. He also seems to understand very well why major publishers want Fall Guy character skins from their respective games. Now, he seems also interested in participating in it.
Along with their livestream in Fall Guys while celebrating Square-Enix Producer Yosuke Saito’s birthday, Taro said that he wanted to do a collaboration between NieR x Fall Guys. According to him, the robot costume or Emil’s head in the game will make Fall Guy look cute.

This was apparently heard by Ed Fear of Mediatonic while he was watching his livestream. He then chatted while introducing himself that Fear worked at Mediatonic, a developer Fall Guys. Yoko Taro, Yosuke Saito, and his team at Square-Enix will contact him for the collaboration.
Along with the tweet, Yoko Taro retweeted with a fairly simple English comment, “please”.

It’s no longer a secret when Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockdown has collaborated with major publishers such as Valve which spawned several Gordon Freeman and P-Body costumes from Half-Life and Portal 2. After Taro’s tweet, who is the next publisher to work with?
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockdown now it can be played on PC and PlayStation 4. The game itself is also planned to be released to mobile.
