BATIC 2016 Held Dota 2 Competition

Gamedaim.com – BATIC or Bango Tiga Cup is annual event (annual event) organized by SMA Negeri 66 Jakarta. However, this time BATIC is so different. Why? Because in 2016 this is the first time BATIC has held a Dota 2 competition.

Dota itself is a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game developed by Valve. This game is one of the most played PC games with a total of around 10 million unique players/unique players every month. In addition, the international Dota 2 competition is a competition/eSport with prize pool for $18 billion for 2015. But at The International 2016 this time, total prize pool earned has exceeded $18 billion.

Last year, BATIC did not hold a Dota 2 competition for high school and equivalent. And yes, this year is the first time BATIC has held a Dota 2 competition with door prize which can be used as capital to buy a new PC.

In addition to the Dota 2 competition, this year’s BATIC is also holding a competition Cinematography, Poster Design, Instagram Contest, etc.

The following are complete details regarding the Dota 2 competition organized by BATIC 2016:

A. Time and Place of Implementation

Day/Date : Monday, 15 August 2016 & Sunday, 21 August 2016
Place: Dill

B.Registration Terms

Registration fee of IDR 250,000 (includes WO),
Participants are high school students / equivalent,
2 copies of the original student card
Participants are students who are registered at the school concerned.
Individual color photographs with a size of 3 x 4 for each player, and
Payment & registration forms are collected at the latest before the technical meeting starts, which is on July 29, 2016.

C. Participant Terms

Participants are high school students / equivalent,
Each team has 1 captain, 4 members, and 1 standin,
Preliminary matches are played online and the final is in Dillo.

D.Rules

Sharing items are allowed limited to regeneration items, consumable items, and gems. Items that are distributed for consumption are not allowed to be stored, must be used, and are not for resale,
It is not allowed to commit suicide/suicide intentionally with the intention of giving drop items to other players,
Allowed to do backdoor,
Chat all is only used for important things,
All forms of cheats, hacks, and exploits are not allowed. If one team violates, then the game will be stopped and result in disqualification.
Maximum delay of 10 minutes from the schedule that has been determined! (Except for steam error, understandable and will wait),
Maximum pause in game lasts for 10 minutes / team,
Winning conditions for the winner will be determined by the team that can destroy the opponent’s ancient first, or if the opposing team declares defeat by typing ‘GG’ in all chat. In the event of a ‘Fake GG’ the teams will be declared surrendered
NO PRIVATE PROFILE, and each team must use a TEAM TAG on their respective nicks,
Maximum 2 stands,
Maximum warning per team’s 5,
FAKE GG, PRIVATE PROFILE, Pause during a CLASH (if there is a lag/whatever, the game will continue when a CLASH occurs, the game can be paused when a CLASH is finished), and TrashTalk
