No Negotiation, May 15, WhatsApp's new policy will take effect

WhatsApp Inc., as the developer of the WhatsApp messaging application, will not provide an opportunity for its users to reject the new policy that applies to using their application.

We are now officially on the platform Tiktok! Follow our Tiktok account at @gamebrott.com to find various information and our other interesting video content.

Users are required to accept the new policy if they wish to continue using the messaging app.

To note, previously there were very many cases of WhatsApp’s new policy related to sharing user data with its parent company, namely Facebook.

This new policy, of course, has drawn controversy considering that Facebook has been hit by problems with its social media user data.

Later, on May 15, users will receive a notification regarding the new policy. If the user does not accept it, then there will be some WhatsApp features that cannot be used.

Later, users can still use WhatsApp to receive calls and notifications. However, they will not be able to read or send messages received through the app.

WhatsApp itself does not provide further information such as when it can receive messages or other things. However, if you look at WhatsApp’s FAQ site, if the user is inactive for 120 days, the meal will be deleted automatically.
