PS4 Emulator Can Finally Run A Game

Many of you might use emulators as an alternative to playing old games that weren’t released on PC. Of the various console emulators available, the PS3 emulator may be currently being intensively developed, but recently the development of the PS4 emulator itself has finally yielded some interesting results.

We are now officially on the platform Tiktok! Follow our Tiktok account at @gamebrott.com to find various information and our other interesting video content.

Reporting from DSOG, an emulator with the name GPCS4 can finally run a game. It’s just a small game titled We Are Doomed, and can’t really be played smoothly. But this small progress certainly proves that the PS4 emulator itself has started its long ‘journey’ to be able to play games exclusive PS4.

Not only that, Inori as the creator of GPCS4 is also trying to run the game NieR: Automata, but unfortunately the current status of the emulator has not been able to run the game at least like We Are Doomed on.

This is of course also considering that the PS3 emulator itself requires fairly high specifications and can only play around 1000 games, many of which are not running smoothly. And this also seems to indicate that the PS4 emulator still takes a long time to at least be like the current PS3 emulator.
