They stated that “Currently working on upgrading the Galaxy Fold”, Samsung has acknowledged that at this time, “it is unable to confirm an exact delivery date” and that it will provide more information about shipping the unit “in the coming weeks.”
They will cancel this pre-order because it is related to the US Federal Trade Commission regulation that Samsung must cancel all pre-orders for the Galaxy Fold in the US if it has not released the device before May 31, 2019. However, it is possible that customers can still order the Galaxy Fold if they agreed to keep waiting for confirmation of delivery from the unit.
Samsung sent the email continuing to directly ask customers if they would like to keep pre-orders of the Galaxy Fold beyond the May 31 deadline, in which Samsung also provided a clickable button that would allow them to opt-in.

The Samsung Galaxy fold is currently in the spotlight where the issue of durability is very “fragile” and the issue of their screens being “easy” to damage and very difficult to repair. because of these problems until finally while investigating the unit Samsung finally chose to cancel the release of the Galaxy fold.
