Update 5.1 PUBG is available with a myriad of new things, allowing players to throw pots and other weapons!

As the pioneers of Battle Royale, of course the name PUBG is undeniable, despite the increasingly fierce competition in the genre, Bluehole & PUBG Corp. still tries to inject a myriad of changes to keep the game feeling fresh. And through its latest update, PUBG comes with a myriad of new things that will make the tension of the game even more unique and interesting.

The 5.1 update is now available on PC, PlaySTation 4, & Xbox One via Public Test Server. A myriad of new things ranging from map overhaul, gameplay improvements, new battle passes, to bug fixes are present in this update. The following is a complete list of PUBG 5.1 updates that you need to know.

New, more attractive gameplay

Win94 reborn

Win94 can now be paired with a scope, this weapon is now also an exclusive weapon for the Miramar map.

Throw items to teammates

Now you can throw specific items of your choosing, drinks for example, you can throw directly at your teammates with a maximum distance of 15 meters.

Throw any melee weapon at the enemy

One of the most interesting things in this update, you can now throw various types of melee weapons, ranging from sharp weapons such as knives, sickles, machetes, to blunt ones like pots and crowbars though. Of course this can be used when your bullets have run out or when you don’t have any firearms.

New Survivor Pass: Badlands

Survivor Pass: Badlands is ready to provide various new things, ranging from prizes, missions, system upgrades, the following include:

Community Mission System
New missions for the community with various exciting new skin rewards, this community mission system will also reveal Miramar’s background.
Season Missions
There will be two Season Missions, namely Melee and Badlands.
Progression Missions
Progression Missions will provide large XP progress in each of the season 5 missions.
Challenge Missions
These are high-level challenge missions with which reward using designated weapons.
Level-up items for Premium pass mission rewards

Survivor Title System

Survivor Title System Season 5 comes with changes to the Survivor Points (SP) system.

A myriad of bugs and glitches in the previous version will be drastically reduced through this update.

Those are a myriad of interesting new things that are present in the PUBG 5.1 update, you can now try the new update via a test server on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms until 30 October. If the test server is considered perfect and without problems, then this update will also be implemented on the main server.
