Reporting from Gamerant, Amazon gives an Adult Only Rating on the Nintendo Switch controller. This is a system error from the amazon buying and selling web. Nintendo Switch controllers are suddenly labeled Adult Only. Where the rating is only given to game products, not to the controller.

As is known controller which is hardware has nothing to do with rating. Game ratings are assigned by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB), never assigned to controllers.
