Animal Crossing: New Horizons Adds Old NPCs and Lots of New Content Through This Week's Update

A month after the game’s release, Animal Crossing: New Horizons will soon get another new update with a lot of content in it. Not only does it add old NPCs like Jolly Redd, Rover, Reese and Cyrus, but this update also adds 4 events and upgrades the museum which now has an art room.

We are now officially on the platform Tiktok! Follow our Tiktok account at @gamebrott.com to find various information and our other interesting video content.

The update will be released on April 23 tomorrow, so make sure your Switch stays online to get the update. Here are 4 events that will be present later:

  • Nature Day (April 23-May 4): will add new activities to earn Nook Miles+. Leif will also be present in this game as a plant seller.
  • May Day Tour (May 1-7): Dodo will give access to a ticket to a special island where the trailer shows Rover – the iconic NPC from the previous series.
  • International Museum Day (May 18-31): A small event where you can collect stamps while traveling around the Blathers museum which can later be exchanged for prizes.
  • Wedding Season (June 1-30): Reese and Cyrus come to Harvey Island to celebrate their wedding anniversary. You are assigned to decorating the studio, taking photos and then getting wedding-themed items.

Dataminer has previously leaked the presence of some of the content offered by this update. The next update will probably add a Cafe along with Brewster. Just get ready to re-decorate your island when the update comes.
