Delaying the release of the video game since the announcement of the release date will certainly make fans very disappointed. Especially if the game has a super interesting concept and comes from a well-known developer with a good track record.

However, delays in video game development often result from several things. One of them is bugs, development problems that change in the middle of the road, to the idealism of the developer himself in order to provide the maximum experience for his fans. This is what happened to Cyberpunk 2077.

Since the release date was announced, it has been recorded more or less twice Cyberpunk 2077 the release date has been delayed. Games that originally had to be released at the same time as Final Fantasy VII Remake it had to be postponed until September 2020. But apparently it’s not the first time, CD Projekt RED has postponed it again until November 19, 2020. The good news is, it looks like this will be the last delay.

Through his latest video, CD Projekt RED’s CFO Piotr Nielubowicz explained that they would not delay the release again. Cyberpunk 2077. Nielubowicz added that the game will be available before December 2020. In other words, 19 November 2020 will be the official release date without any future delays.

Meanwhile, through its financial statements, CD Projekt RED clearly explains that Cyberpunk 2077 will be present on November 19, 2020. In detail they admit that the optimization is going very well and will continue until the release date later.

A Twitter user named @Jackjakeaa summed it up in a few short pictures, where CD Projekt RED will also be releasing Cyberpunk 2077 to next gen consoles like PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Just like the current game, they also offer free upgrades in 2021. The next-gen version will be developed by their own in-house team without asking for help from studios outside of CD Projekt RED.

Cyberpunk 2077 coming November 19, 2020 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. While the next-gen version is likely to be released in 2021.
