Through Cyberpunk 2077’s closed gameplay demo at this year’s E3 (via PC Gamer), one interesting thing that can be done in this game is that players will be able to finish Cyberpunk 2077 without killing anyone. The mechanism was implemented by CD Projekt Red after getting lots of suggestions from fans and through a survey that was distributed at E3 last year.

Furthermore, Pawel Sasko as lead quest designer Cyberpunk 2077 explains that Cyberpunk 2077 presents a variety of weapons and cyberware which players can use lethally or non-lethally.

You can use almost all weapons and all cyberware non-lethally. You can hit your enemies, strangle your enemies, your enemies fall asleep and so on. There are various ways to not kill your enemies and keep them alive.

The Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay demo also shows several stealth approaches that players can take. One interesting thing is that players can use the environment or objects around them to do stealth takedown. And players will also be able to install various cyberware that makes the character more difficult to find enemies during stealth.

Those of you who have played games like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Dishonored are certainly no stranger to game mechanics like this. Where killing will have consequences that will affect the ending series. Cyberpunk 2077 also has more than one ending and seems to be quite influenced by player actions.

Cyberpunk 2077 planned to be released on April 16, 2020 upcoming for the platform PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
