In his latest live stream session, Dr Disrespect had time to tell viewers that he had succeeded in designing an emote with a picture of himself “peeking” above the toilet cubicle. Immediately, Dr. Disrespect named it as “breakemote, he originally planned to submit the emote to Twitch.

However, Twitch itself seems to view this Dr Disrespect as never wanting to learn from his mistakes.

Reported via the video clip above or via the following Twitch link, Dr Disrespect gave a light rant about his application for an exclusive emote which was turned out to be outright rejected. The reason also seems a bit sensitive, especially regarding the issue of the stream tragedy in the bathroom yesterday. Where the Twitch itself considers that this emote is very inappropriate for publication. Even so, you may still be able to see these unique emotes scattered on other common chat platforms, such as Discord.
The return of Dr. Disrespect in 2019 is indeed not as loud as when he decided to take a temporary hiatus due to household problems with his wife and returned in 2018.
