Fans protest for F1 2021 pre-order on Steam because it's too expensive

EA’s intervention has not been seen since the announcement was officially announced. Seeing the games that Codemasters will release is still quite far apart from F1 2021.
Slowly but surely, they began to show their fangs because apparently the price of F1 2021 not as normal as usual, especially on Steam. Indeed, the price is not much different from last year for some developed countries, especially America, which remained at $60, but not for countries with low-middle economies.
If you go to the Steam page F1 2021, then you will find out that the price, which is generally only around 250-300 thousand, has skyrocketed to 700 thousand rupiah. This price increase is apparently not only experienced in the Indonesian region, but also outside Indonesia.
Not a few fans protest with the new price series F1 which has become the hallmark of the Codemasters. Many fans claim that the price is now 3-5 times more expensive than usual. A player from Turkey named Anil D, for example, admitted that he regretted the price of the game from around 91 lira, which has now risen to 420 lira.
Players from South Africa also voiced the same protest. He admitted that the price of the game F1 usually 320 rand (ZAR) but now it has increased to 999 rand.
The price increase is clearly understandable considering that now EA is in control of all Codemasters franchises. But this makes most of his loyal players admit that they will leave the series F1 and don’t repurchase them, stick with mods from the previous series, or wait until they’re heavily discounted.
Steamdb itself notes that the price F1 2021 the cheapest were obtained by China, Argentina, and Russia which, when converted into rupiah, were still more expensive than usual. He is now touching the figure of 500 thousand rupiah.
It’s not yet clear whether this will cause the community to decline and not buy the game due to the high price or continue selling as usual considering the game hasn’t been released yet.
Another thing that is very different from the series F1 before was F1 2021 now have EA’s signature Deluxe Edition which will offer premium in-game currency, cosmetic items, and early access three days before the release date.
Previous series F1 never offered currency or even early access before release. The Deluxe Edition that Codemasters had offered was the Michael Schumacer series with classic cars and cosmetic items. They also had time to offer a Legends Edition which contained classic racers.
F1 2021 will feature the teams, drivers and official circuits of the FIA Formula One World Championship. He will also add a story mode, a broader Career mode with two-player support, and three extra circuits that will be released in the DLC.
The game’s new story mode will be titled Braking Point and will take players to embark on a journey from Formula 2 to Formula 1. It also features several competitive dramas between drivers both on and off the circuit.
F1 2021 It is scheduled to be released on July 16, 2021 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
