Of course, these sharp criticisms immediately reached Crystal Dynamics, but until now they are still adamant to maintain the existing design. This was directly conveyed by Shaun Escayg as Lead Creative Director of Crystal Dynamics through an interview with IGN.

He said that Crystal Dynamics had heard the main complaints of fans regarding Marvel’s Avengers. But for now, they have absolutely no plans to change the design of the Avengers. But Escayg promises that the existing character model will be further improved and more polished as the release date approaches.
