This is what happened to a Mobile Legends player who vented his frustration on Reddit (an Overseas Forum that was banned in Indonesia) regarding Indonesian players who are very toxic in playing even for their own teammates. Where he explained that, he was judged as a pretentious person because he used English in communicating with his teammates even though he himself was a player from Singapore who did use the Singapore flag and used English as one of the mother tongues there.

He also added that the Mobile legends game itself is not an Indonesian game, so players from that country don’t necessarily expect other players to understand Indonesian. He explained that of the 50 games he played in Mobile Legends, 99% of the people who used the Singapore flag were Indonesians who didn’t know their own flag.

Here, please note that Indonesian people, in playing Mobile Legends, often use flags or flags that are not Indonesian flags in playing. So the players are a little confused with the language that should be used. However, that doesn’t mean we have to judge people and throw toxic sentences to other people who use other languages ​​because we don’t understand the language ourselves.
