Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is likely to be the most ambitious simulation game to date. The game promises to provide flight simulations covering 37,000 world airports and air traffic that runs in real-time. Microsoft has not set a release date but they have now announced what specifications are needed to run the game.

For a game with such an ambitious premise and tempting visuals, many might think the game will have fierce specifications. You are quite right with these expectations, for the minimum specifications which are actually “left-aligned”, the game still looks “light” by only requiring Ryzen 3 1200 and RX 570 which can be categorized as low budget at this time. But on top of that, you start having to drain your wallet.

Apart from hardware specifications, games also require an internet connection to stream data to add details to the in-game world. Microsoft recommends a minimum of 5Mbps connection but for the best and stable data streaming they recommend internet speed of 50Mbps.
