Local Indie Game A Space For The Unbound Wins 2 Awards at TGS 2020

Another Indonesian game that has succeeded in making its achievements in the international arena. Previously, the game When the Pas Was Around won an award at Gamescom 2020, now local game developer Mojiken Studio and Publisher Toge Production have successfully won the award again at the 2020 Tokyo Game Show digital event.

Through their latest game entitled A Space For The Unbound, this Surabaya-based game developer received another award. And not only one but even 2 awards at the same time at the prestigious annual event in Japan.

This was announced by the CEO of Toge Production – Kris Antoni via his Facebook account last Friday. A Space For The Unbound itself won Best Art and also the Grand Prix through this pixel art art-style adventure game.

A Space for the Unbound itself is a slice-of-life adventure game with a side-scroll gameplay style. The game itself is set in a fictional urban village in Indonesia in the 90s, which tells the story of a pair of high school students named Atma and his girlfriend Raya who must go on an adventure together when they find out that they have a supernatural book that allows them to enter the supernatural world.

This game itself focuses on stories, interactions with the world around them, and also solving puzzles in a unique, eye-catching pixel world, but will feel very familiar, especially for those of you who of course live in Indonesia. B

Unfortunately, this game is still in the advanced development stage and according to the producer – Eka Pramuditya, this game is planned to be released next year for PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Switch platforms.
