Mass Effect Legendary Edition Release Date Leaked

The remastered version of the Mass Effect trilogy had been dogged with rumors long before it was confirmed in November last year. The remastered bundle, officially called Mass Effect Legendary Edition, mysteriously received ratings in South Korea and the artbook appeared on Amazon. As if continuing the trend of rumors and leaks of information, now the release date of the game trilogy made by BioWare has been leaked.

We are now officially on the platform Tiktok! Follow our Tiktok account at @gamebrott.com to find various information and our other interesting video content.

Shared via Twitter by a user with the username Idle Sloth, Shopitree and GSShop – two retail stores domiciled in Singapore and Indonesia respectively, listing March 12, 2021 as the Mass Effect Legendary Edition release date. Currently, the information has been deleted albeit a little too late.

The Mass Effect Legendary Edition itself is slated to be released in the spring of 2021 and that date fits the criteria. BioWare, as the developer and publisher, has so far remained silent, aka choosing not to deny or confirm the rumors. But if you look at the previous rumors, the leak has a great chance of becoming a reality.

When released later, Mass Effect Legendary Edition will feature all content including DLC from the first three games in the Mass Effect series, all remastered and optimized to run at 4K resolution.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is slated for release on PS4, Xbox One as well as PC – as well as next-gen consoles namely PS5 and Xbox Series X/S with further enhanced visuals.
