Nintendo Switch Monster Hunter Rise Edition Announced, Looks Stylish and Luxurious

Monster Hunter Rise is one of the most anticipated games for Nintendo Switch released this year. The game developed by Capcom also distributes a free demo via eShop for those who are interested in hunting monsters on handheld consoles. Now, when the demo is getting less talked about, Nintendo is revealing something to keep the hype at its highest.

Through its official Twitter account, Nintendo showed off a special edition Switch Monster Hunter Rise that looked dashing and charming. In addition to the main engine, the limited edition console also comes with a dedicated dock, a pair of Joy-Cons and the pre-installed Monster Hunter Rise game. The main engine and Joy-Con have a gray base color with accents in the form of symbols and icons from Monster Hunter.

Meanwhile, the dock shines the most where the Magai Magado – the main monster in Rise, is printed on the front in a striking and luxurious gold color. In addition, Nintendo also confirmed the presence of a special edition Switch Pro controller Monster Hunter Rise. Just like the dock, the limited-sold Switch Pro controller is also decorated with a gold Magai Magado.

Both consoles and controllers will be available on March 26, the same day as Monster Hunter Rise’s release. Each will be priced at 38,400 yen or around IDR 5.1 million and 7,480 yen, or around IDR 1 million. So far, Nintendo has not wanted to talk about whether the console and controller will be marketed outside Japan?
