Ikumi Nakamura decided to leave Tango Gameworks.

Through his Twitter, Nakamura announced his retirement from Tango Gameworks. He did not explain why he left the company where he worked for 9 years. At the end of his tweet, he posted a link to his LinkedIn account for anyone who wanted to work with him.

This news is certainly quite surprising. Because Ghostwire: Tokyo just in the teaser stage. Where usually at this stage the game is still unfinished and will take at least another 2-3 years to complete. Although he did not give an explicit reason, from his Twitter posts, Nakamura seems to have left because of his own decision.
