Players Can Set Cloud Appearance When Crossdressing Scene in Final Fantasy VII Remake

The crossdressing scene is arguably one of the unforgettable moments from the original Final Fantasy VII that was highly anticipated by fans when it was realized again in the Remake later. Because many are curious about how Square Enix will adapt the iconic scenario where Cloud is forced to disguise himself as a woman.

Interestingly, in Final Fantasy VII Remake we will also be given the opportunity to set Cloud’s appearance with a wide selection of costumes and items to wear while at the Honey Bee Inn. This news came from Famitsu’s interview with the Director Tetsuya Nomura.

“We have provided various items for the crossdressing event in Final Fantasy VII Remake, so that Cloud can wear several variants of women’s clothing according to the player’s choice.
Aerith and Tifa are like that too, they have different clothes from the ones we showed before.”

For those of you who don’t know, in the original version, Cloud’s appearance in the crossdressing scene depended on which NPC we were talking to, dialogue choices, and several minigames that must be done before infiltrating Don Corneo’s residence. That way Cloud will be able to get several variants of wigs, make-up, perfumes, and others.

Hopefully, in the remake version later, these small details will not be removed, so as not to lose the essence of the original version first. What do you think, can’t wait for this iconic scene?
