PS4 Ratchet & Clank Series Will Get 60 FPS Update on PlayStation 5

Welcoming the release Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart On June 11, 2021, Insomniac Games announced that they will be releasing a free update for the prequel series on PS4 which was released in 2016. They announced this news directly via Twitter.

This update itself will increase performance Ratchet & Clank (2016) from the original 30fps on the PlayStation 4, to 60fps on the PlayStation 5. It’s still not clear what kind of resolution will be carried in the future?

For those who have never played it, Ratchet & Clank be part of a free game without the need for a PlayStation Plus subscription through the Play At Home program from March 1st to March 31st 2021 tomorrow. But if you miss it, you don’t need to worry, because PS Plus subscribers on PlayStation 5 can still get it through the PlayStation Plus Collection.
