Red Hook Studios Prepares Darkest Dungeon in Board Game Form
Combining RPG with Roguelite in a Lovecraftian-style story and visuals, Red Hook Studios’ Darkest Dungeon is certainly well-known as one of the most difficult games today, especially because of its RNG elements which are torturous to the point of frustrating the players.

It’s not enough to just torture in digital form, it turns out, the developer now intends to bring this torture into the real world. In collaboration with Mythic Games, Darkest Dungeon will be present in the form of a Board Game.
Through the Gen-Con 2020 series of events, the developer shows a glimpse of the appearance and rules of the game. You can check the physical appearance and the rules and premise of the game which are not much different from the original game in the video below.
The Darkest Dungeon board game is planned to enter the Kickstarter stage first in the next few months. This is also considering that the developer himself is working on Darkest Dungeon 2, but so far there is no more detailed information regarding the game. The presence of this Board Game may be a distraction for fans who can’t wait to feel the torment of RNG Darkest Dungeon.
