The test results show 3,494 single-core and 11,149 multi-core scores powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset. The Snapdragon 855 multi-core result is the first time an Android device has crossed the 10,000 threshold, currently only done by Apple devices powered by the A12 Bionic and A12 Bionic chips.

The Snapdragon 855 is the first 5G-enabled chipset made by the company Qualcomm, though it should come with a proper X24 or X50 modem. We’ll find out if that’s the case once the Black Shark Skywalker is announced which is likely to be released in the coming months.
